With proven CEO and leadership experience spanning marketing, advertising and production, Patton brings a strong track record aligned with D&AD’s mission to celebrate, stimulate and enable creative excellence wherever it is made. Over the course of his career, Patton has held a number of senior leadership roles including European Vice President of Marketing at Sony PlayStation and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Sony Europe, where he established himself as a champion of creative excellence. He played a key role in backing some of the most celebrated and influential commercial work of recent years, including PlayStation’s Double Life and the multi-D&AD Pencil-winning Sony Bravia ‘Balls’ campaign. Patton also led world-class creative agencies, serving as CEO of Grey London and EMEA President at Grey, before becoming Global President of Young & Rubicam and Global President of The Mill and MPC Advertising.
