What if a color could change art history? HSBC turned its Pantone Red 1795C into a global platform for discovery. Artists worldwide created original works using the iconic red and verified them through the Pantone app. A board of curators selected 1,795 pieces that became HSBC’s advertising: street galleries installed near the world’s most iconic museums, challenging traditional art world conventions. The campaign allowed the public to discover tomorrow’s artists early, while art enthusiasts could acquire the works, supporting creators and turning early belief into cultural and financial legacy.
