Almost everyone is aware of how dangerous the sun can be during peak hours, but only 14.3% of people know the sun is also dangerous at sunrise and sunset. In fact, the sun still emits UV rays from as early as 6am and as late as 6pm, potentially causing sunburn and even skin cancer, making sunscreen necessary at these times of day. Vaseline launched a campaign that turned the sunsets and sunrises of Thailand into an exclamation mark – the universal warning sign for sun protection.
