Emergency is an Italian NGO that provides free medical and surgical care to the victims of war and poverty. Every year around Christmas it spreads a video about the important topics of the year, and in 2021 it was war. Everyone Deserves a Future told the story of a mother who wakes up just like any other day and gets ready to take her child to school. But instead of going towards the school, they meet another family, ready to leave the country and waiting for their child to join them. It represented a painful and heartbreaking separation that millions of people around the world are forced to live everyday.
