The idea behind Packcessible was to literally put everyday people and decision-makers at major UK supermarkets into the shoes of people with sight loss, so that they could experience the effects of inaccessible packaging for themselves. This meant designing bespoke packaging that would draw attention to different implications of inaccessible packaging, which were then sent to the CEOs of companies who had the power to make real change in the industry.
