Although approximately 2.8 million people worldwide have multiple sclerosis (MS), there is more to MS than many people realise. The disease has many symptoms, some of which patients struggle to manage. While most healthcare professionals are sympathetic, they tend to focus on results they can see on an MRI, rather than connecting with the person in front of them. More to MS was an omnichannel campaign informed by real patients and their experiences. The campaign was geared around MoreToMS.com – a website that recognises patients' concerns, while providing them with empowering new ways of talking to healthcare professionals.
