In 2017 things escalated and a million were forced to flee their villages by the army to seek refuge in Bangladesh


500,000 were children

The UN described it as Genocide, a text book example of ethnic cleansing.

But with everything else happening on the world stage in 2017 the crisis was failing to get attention

BRAC, the world’s biggest NGO worked with Rohingya children to send an unforgettable message to space and put the crisis on the world stage
