Almost a quarter of Pakistani women in the last ten years have been married before the age of 18. Proposals to raise the legal marriage age to 18 have been rejected previously on religious grounds. This stunt saw the creation of a special bridal gown that merges a schoolgirl's uniform with a traditional wedding dress – sending an impactful and disruptive message in the process.
