To promote Suntory Whisky and attract younger generations to what they see as an out-of-date drink, TBWA\Hakuhodo created 3D on the Rocks, the world's first 3D-milled ice cubes. They invited people to send their desired 3D data to the campaign website. The data was then used by a specially designed CNC router to shave one-of-a-kind ice creations, each of which was hosted on a digital gallery. To make 3D on the Rocks an even more magical experience, TBWA\Hakuhodo opened a pop-up bar in central Tokyo, allowing fans to enjoy Suntory Whisky with their own unique milled ice cube.
