IBM’s ‘Smarter Outdoor’ campaign showed how advertising can inform and provide a public service simultaneously. City-dwellers can actually use our posters – specially built in the form of benches, shelters and ramps – to learn about ideas from around the world for improving cities. It received considerable social media attention from people who care about urban environments, design and ideas.
