For over 125 years Mercedes-Benz has stood for a certain ambition: the best or nothing. Last year this principle of the founder Gottlieb Daimler became the new claim of the brand. The brief was to make this principle come alive. What does this ambition feel like today? What does ‘the best or nothing’ mean on the road, where it has to prove itself every day? In one of the coldest Decembers Berlin has ever witnessed, street photographer and performance artist Stefan Gbureck set out on a journey with no destination but one goal: to travel with ‘the best or nothing’.
