This advert is set in the grounds of a chateau in the French countryside. Wes Anderson, in the character of a big action film director, attempts to simultaneously direct an international blockbuster and make an American Express commercial. As Wes briskly walks across the set and attempts to explain his movie-making process to the camera, he is continually bombarded by members of his crew with requests ranging from the ordinary to the ridiculous. He never actually gets to clearly explain anything about his process to us, but the chaos of the world in which he works says it all.
