In one seamless take, a group of people are watching two young kids jumping rope in a public area. Two other people join in, taking the ropes from the kids without having them stop. New people come in and out of the moving ropes, jumping, running and flipping as the ropes continue to move. Along with a couple of kids, basketball star Ben Wallace jumps into the ropes for the finale. Finally, everyone walks away as the small crowd applauds and the title 'Jump In' fades up over picture.
