The mathematics level in the world has dropped in recent years, and so has the number of owls. This is the double extinction Duolingo Math is facing. We know that people are ready to be motivated for great causes, and that they have difficulty finding a purpose to learn math. That’s why Duolingo Math will now partner up with Birdlife International to challenge the young generation with a simple equation: the more you do math, the more donations we make for the endangered owls. Because when you have an owl as your symbol, you better protect it.
