New Blood Entry — DeskDuo

Sneaking your phone out at work can be a big no-no. It’s why so many of us just use desktop versions of our favourite websites: Twitter, Spotify, and of course, Duolingo. But we discovered that it can be harder for Duolingo desktop users to remember their daily lessons, since they don’t receive push notification reminders, just an email (which, let’s be honest, can be lost in a sea of others).

And so, DeskDuo was born. Inspired by the viral Desktop Goose, DeskDuo is a Google Chrome extension that releases a mini version of Duo on your desktop, to remind you to do your daily lesson (and wreak some havoc in the process).
