Content campaigns are designed to get people talking about brands, so we decided it would be more efficient to go straight for the conversation.

We noticed that while people love to talk about what television they watched, they're always being stopped by someone who hasn't seen it yet. So we decided the best way to increase conversation around Talktalk was if Talktalk increased conversation around television.

Speakeasy is a service that pairs up users who have seen the same episodes of a show as each other. It lets them watch and discuss episodes together, without risking spoiling things for others.
