We wanted to show that a small change in your daily habits could make a big difference.
Collaborating with Google Chrome we launch a new feature called WWF-mode. When you type WWF instead of WWW you go into energy saving mode. On Earth Hour (launch day) this feature will be switched on by default to create awareness.
By using this feature on the launch day and after, you save 20% energy using your browser. This is done by turning down the brightness by 30%.
