The purpose of these sunglasses is to enhance the user's performance by enabling them to deal rapidly and easily with the changing light conditions frequent when sailing.
The athlete simply needs to pull the lenses down and rotate them to fit them on the glasses’ arms. Thus, they can switch, for example, colours or lens type,.
The visible lenses turn the eyewear into a futuristic and extreme looking product. It illustrates Oakley’s brand statement “beyond reason”.
