Director's Profile:

Over the past three years, Ellis has made mostly dark psychological thrillers that deal with time, death, and puzzles and commercials with cute dancing. In 2012 he won a UKMVA for Alt-J: Breezeblocks. He also makes silly things about having fun with your friends to prove that he’s not like depressed or crazy or anything. He lives and works in Los Angeles.

Judges Comments:

Laura Gregory: A delightful nude casting in a public place. The sweet choreography made us smile.

David Bruno: Whilst this was very familiar territory, the film held its own and the energy and spirit pulled it through.
