Every year, Pepsi produces a series of collectable aluminium bottles to celebrate summer. In 2009, for the first time, the client asked us to submit designs based on a theme taken from an advertising idea, the iconic ‘Word Play’ outdoor billboards and TV spots. So instead of a typical summertime theme, we focused on the energy and optimism of our audience, transforming these simple, colourful messages into keepsake Pepsi bottles available on shelf.
