To prove Heinz’s new tagline 'No one grows ketchup like Heinz' and not just say it, we created the interactive ketchup growing experiment. At talktotheplant.com, visitors could talk to a tomato plant in real-time via voice synthesis to find out if it resulted in better growth. Anything told to the plant was broadcast live on the site. A behind-the-scenes blog kept track of technical stuff, problems, the messages and how they affected the plant growth.
