The Apple wireless keyboard features a compact design, an ultrathin, anodised aluminium enclosure and low-profile keys with a crisp, responsive feel. The pre-assigned function keys provide one-touch access to a variety of Mac features, and the built-in Bluetooth wireless technology provides a reliable and secure connection anywhere within ten metres (33 feet) of the Mac. The keyboard automatically powers down when not in use and turns on as soon as the user starts typing, allowing up to nine months of battery life based on average usage patterns.
