‘Titian’ and ‘Raphael’ are the first two titles of a new family of books that provide the general reader with an essential introduction to the greatest artists ever known. The books cover each artist’s entire career as well as providing background information on their lives and cultural significance. The original design for Titian acted as a catalyst for that of the whole series.
