Many people never reach the moment where opportunity begins: the job interview. Because long before that, access already occurs online. And without digital access, you never make it there. The moment every opportunity begins the same way: "Take a seat.” But not everyone gets that chance. So we decided to turn it into access. Introducing the real-world “Take a seat”: transforming public spaces into interview spots, no screens, no forms. Just two chairs connecting talent and employers, wherever opportunities exist. By removing digital barriers, we created a simple, human gateway to opportunity, starting where it always does: with a seat. Because connection has always started with a seat and a conversation.
