Would you eat humans for the sake of humanity? Eat a Swede shows the almost credible story of a young Swedish entrepreneur driven by an outlandish business proposition: to produce and sell lab-grown meat made out of human cells, preferably the cells of Sweden's biggest actor, Alexander Skarsgård. The film sparked a much-needed global discussion on the future of food and the answers from the Swedish food industry.
