Colorfood turns balanced eating into a visual game for children. In a context where children’s plates are increasingly dominated by ultra-processed “beige food”, Auchan transformed its supermarkets into playful learning environments. Foods were reorganized by color and children were invited to build their own colorful plates using specially designed bento boxes. By making balance visible through color, Colorfood replaced abstract nutrition rules with a simple reflex: the more colorful the plate, the more balanced the meal.
