SBERBANK. Neighborhoods

Retailers and amenities are often strangely located in Russian cities, with new ventures often not lasting two years. This project aims to improve local communities by using empty windows, billboards, and geo-targeted online banners to canvas local needs. These are then voted on before being sent to local businesses which can then target the area.
