Safe Cap

Falling asleep at the wheel is a major danger for motorists, and a leading cause of accidents for truck drivers. So Ford Trucks developed Safe Cap – an ordinary looking cap but with sophisticated technology. It can interpret a driver's head movements and alert them when they start to feel drowsy. The alert is made using vibratory, visual and sound-based signals.
