UncensHERship

Social media is a primary source of health information for 75 percent of young adults. However, women’s intimate health content is often unfairly flagged as adult material, leading to shadowbanning and blocked advertisements. Research shows 95 percent of creators face this censorship, forcing them to alter their language. In response, CensHERship and Gemini developed the UncensHERship Gem. This service allows creators to share vital women’s intimate health information by using artistic nude artworks instead of real photographs. Because educational art is generally exempt from censorship, this approach ensures visibility. By leveraging data on platform restrictions, the tool provides optimized content that bypasses filters and reduces the stigma surrounding women’s bodies.
