As a company grows, culture and philosophy can become lost. Here at LOVE we are incredibly proud of our culture, it's something unique within our staff, something we always want to protect. However, creating a list of 'Rules' isn’t very interesting, and certainly isn't the LOVE way. Why not give people something they actually want to read? 'The LOVE Consolidated Code of Operating Rules’ encourages us to value our Manchester roots, our storytelling philosophy, our inclination to think differently and of course to complete our time sheets.
