Vi Guardian Beads

Vi (Vodafone Idea), one of India's largest telecom companies, helped reunite lost pilgrims with their loved ones at the world’s largest human gathering - The Maha Kumbh Mela. Vi created Guardian Beads (Number Rakshak), a bracelet made with sacred beads engraved with digits from 0 to 9, strung to create a family member's mobile number. Traditionally, once worn, these sacred bracelets are never taken off. So, in case of separation, all the lost pilgrim needed to do was show the Guardian Beads to anyone with a phone and be reunited with their family.
