To stand out, we set out to solve a problem facing millions of New Zealanders every summer – accidentally freezing your beer. The solution: The Export Ultra Cold Call Back Service, ft. Vanilla Ice. NZers texted "ICE ICE" to 423, triggering a callback 34 minutes later with Vanilla Ice reminding them to retrieve their perfectly chilled beers from the freezer. With almost a quarter million interactions, we saved beers & sparked conversations nationwide, while delivering a considerable sales uplift.
