The campaign centers on TUB ORG, a LinkedIn-based organization that allows individuals to list their gap year as a professional residency. By rebranding "missing time" as a period of explorative growth and "invisible work," Tuborg provides the cultural and professional legitimacy needed to navigate HR and parental pressure. Through disruptive OOH and digital interventions, we transform a career void into a celebrated milestone: the time spent brewing your next big move.
