Ulysses

‘Ulysses’ was the lead single from Franz Ferdinand's third album 'Tonight'. The promo was shot over two days on location in Los Angeles and the Mojave dessert. It chronicles a lost weekend for the Scottish band in the city of angels.We wanted to create a loose, non-linear narrative that encompassed a range of locations and scenarios, a strong central performance with a few nods to ‘The Odyssey’, building eventually to a frenetic, disorientating climax.
