In Korea, UEFA Champions League matches kick off at 4AM — when every bar is closed. As the tournament's main sponsor, Heineken couldn't just sponsor the game. They had to keep the lights on. Enter Trust Bars: fully unmanned bars where fans pour their own pints, pay themselves, and watch together — no staff, no security. The concept tapped into jeong, Korea's deep cultural value of collective trust. Custom self-service Heineken terminals made it real. Over 30,000 fans signed up. You can close the bars. You can't lock out the fans.
