Somos Selva

Somos Selva is a collaborative platform by Johnnie Walker Blue Label that redefines luxury in Latin America through gastronomy and mixology. Partnering with leading chefs and bars across Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Colombia, including venues ranked among the World’s 50 Best, the project transformed the biodiversity of La Selva into high-end culinary creations. Each partner reinterpreted the jungle through a shared creative system, turning local ingredients into contemporary expressions of luxury experienced in the region’s most awarded tables and bars.
