Chanel brought their famous Métiers d'Art runway show to Manchester. Turns out, it’s 800m from the nearest Aldi. The Supermarket that dupes big brands at small prices. So when the world was watching, we did what came naturally. We made a dupe. A dupermodel, if you will. We tricked broadcast news, social media and the fashion industry into thinking Kate Moss was doing her grocery shopping at the Aldi next-door to Chanel’s show. All we needed was a fake bodyguard, two fake paparazzi and of course, our Fake Moss. Kate’s most affordable and convincing lookalike.
