To launch Consul's new Microwave with its new Pizza Heating technology, we tapped into a cultural phenomenon: yesterday's pizza. To get awareness and drive sales we opened a chain of Pizzerias. We partnered with 20 Pizzerias in Brazil and converted them into “Consul Microwave’s Pizzeria Di Yesterday” For two weeks “Consul Microwave’s Pizzeria Di Yesterday” opened for breakfast serving their pizzas baked on the night before and reheated using the new Microwaves.
