There are many ways to ruin a dish in transit: mixed in the bag, soaked by a drink, dropped, or just late, what arrives is often a magical new creation. Deliveroo launched The One-Star Cookbook, a tongue-in-cheek collection of 36 dishes, inspired by real online one-star reviews of delivery disasters among Deliveroo's competitors.
