In 2019, Beats was preparing to launch Powerbeats Pro and Solo Pro, but it faced a challenge. Introducing Tempo: a highly dynamic, universal retail training platform that can scale to a global salesforce overnight. Tempo redefined the way Beats engages, connects, and educates audiences. It launched in 20+ languages, trained over 600,000 employees world-wide, and saw pre-order channel sales rise 2.13x

What did the judges have to say?

Beats has a sincere and exaggerated design. It solves the retail channel experience of unmanned services and also provides customers with good product experience teaching. It is great even as internal employee training material. Inheriting the excellent genes of Apple design aesthetics, it is really excellent in the web exchange experience.
