Swallow Magazine is a hardbound food and travel publication with a unique sideways glance. Taking cues from outside the realms of foodie faddism, it is a magazine for those who like their dinner dirtier and a whole lot more exciting. The inaugural issue digests the Nordic countries, a region often overlooked in terms of gustatory delights. Swallow Magazine is published annually in New York City, and distributed to select locations worldwide.
