Restaurants play an important role in local neighbourhoods, but they've also been hit the hardest during the pandemic. So when food delivery app DoorDash wanted to grow in Canada, it decided to pay homage to the Flavourhood, a joyful place where all flavours are welcome. Welcome to the Flavourhood takes audiences on a visual odyssey filled with delicious characters. From sushi makers to wake-and-bakers, the campaign became a rallying cry to support local restaurants and helped to make DoorDash the number one food delivery app nationwide.
