Vanishing Branding for Exclusion Zone
To draw attention to Chornobyl’s disappearing history, Banda created the travel branding for the Exclusion Zone. The studio began by searching for a powerful image that would help people reflect on what happened in Chornobyl, and this is where the idea of vanishing branding was born. Each year it gradually fades, to eventually disappear forever. The idea became the core of a fluid visual system, with time itself becoming the main visual character.
