The Trolley Bag

We transformed the supermarket trolley into a sculptural handbag, preserving its industrial logic while reframing it as fashion. Fabricated from stainless steel, the piece retains the trolley's grid structure and tubular handle, complete with a coin attachment, refined into something wearable. The collaboration with Nik Bentel Studio turned a mass retail object into a collectible design piece. The result blurred utility, fashion and absurdity, elevating the everyday into something desirable, ownable and culturally significant.
