Mexican gastronomy is culturally renowned around the world, so much that, in 2010, it was named on UNESCO’s Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. To coincide with Earth Day, the popular Mexican beer brand Victoria launched a film told from the perspective of Mother Earth, who presents the back story to every Mexican food that’s found on people’s plates even to this day.
