Mars Can Wait

Justdiggit is a small NGO with a practical solution: digging. By digging holes in barren land and filling them with water, vegetation can start to grow again in as little as three months, and trees can return within a few years. The process decreases the local temperature by three to four degrees, making it a helpful tool in the fight against global warming. Justdiggit needed its voice to be heard, so when everyone was fixated on the mission to Mars, the NGO hacked the event, helping Justdiggit to reach global fame and regenerating over 3 million trees.
