Malnutrition Labels: Nutritional Ink

The UK consumes more junk food than any other country in Europe, yet most people don’t understand the consequences. To raise awareness of malnutrition, and stop British people turning to junk food, St Luke’s developed Nutritional Ink, the third in Dole’s Malnutrition Labels series. Contextually placed, each poster was printed with real fruit waste ink, meaning they had more nutritional value than snacks found at corner shops and vending machines. Posters were signed off with ‘Favour more Fruit’ and ‘#ChangeTheFacts’, encouraging people to visit Dole’s website to learn more.
