I Want Festival 2025

I WANT Festival is an annual public festival in Malaysia that unites communities through cultural programming and civic engagement. The 2025 theme “ROOT” whose double “O” is abstracted into a set of vertically stacked circles that form a metaphorical root system, symbolizing interconnection and shared origins. Inspired by Malaysia’s multilingual signboards, the posters integrate five languages, each expressing the word “root” within a cohesive typographic system. This approach creates a unified visual identity that authentically reinforces inclusivity and sparked patriotism.
