The Guild of Food Writers is an established organisation dedicated to excellence in food writing and culinary education. They are committed to high standards and as such have an exclusive membership, with famous faces such as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Nigella Lawson counted among its members. The Guild are as involved with lobbying and campaigning for better food awareness, as they are with writing and publishing. To help get noticed, their identity had to be a standard - a mark of excellence that people could trust and believe in.
