Gamer Asylum
Gamer Asylum
When the pandemic hit, the tourism industry suffered hugely. As a business that’s heavily reliant on tourism, Artotel Group needed to reinvent its service and create a new experience that would give travellers new reasons to stay in its hotel again. That reason came when China imposed a gaming ban, which saw 532 million Chinese gamers lose their right to play games for more than three hours a week. Off the back of that, Ogilvy Singapore created the Gamer Asylum, equipping every room in the hotel with the latest gaming equipment so gamers could play with no restrictions.
